Lauriane MARLIER

Over the past 15 years, Lauriane has worked in the steel industry, the legal field, the printing, agri-food and executive positions, she has recruited, advised and accompanied all types of profiles (from young graduates to managers), in Luxembourg and abroad. She has also led large-scale projects and supported companies in their daily development. Lauriane holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations specialized in Luxembourg law. She is accredited to carry out skills assessments, personality inventories and psychometric tests. Lauriane is also a certified coach ©Golden (MBTI).


Recruitment Consultant

After a BTS in International Business, Margaux decided to join the Master Grande Ecole Program at ICN Business School in Nancy, a renowned management school offering excellent opportunities. Due to her particular interest, she chose to specialise in Marketing during her studies, and then decided to reinforce her knowledge in the world of Human Resources through a complementary course.
Her academic background combined with her various professional experiences were an opportunity to consolidate her knowledge and, above all, to develop professional skills in recruitment.
She is currently a Recruitment Consultant in our firm.

His educational background and his various professional experiences now enable him to carry out his role as HR & Recruitment Consultant within our firm.
He works on both time-sharing assignments and recruiting profiles from all backgrounds.

Louise Nicolas is passionate about Human Resources and devotes her entire career to it.
She has worked in the medical field, then in the banking sector before joining the food industry, where she was in charge of personnel management, recruitment, payroll or more legal issues. In parallel to her professional activity, she has launched into entrepreneurship in order to provide training inherent to Human Resources management.
Graduated with a Master's degree in Human Resources and Social Relations, Louise en bonne adapts continuous training to develop and enrich her skills by carrying out certified training in the field of Luxembourg, Belgian and French payroll. It is through this specialization that Louise has become our expert trainer in payroll management in these three countries.
Thanks to these multiple skills, she appreciates being at the initiative of the implementation of processes, especially those related to the management of a human resources department and inherent to payroll management.
