Over the last 15 years, Lauriane has worked in the steel industry, the legal sector, the printing industry, the agri-food industry and entrepreneurship, providing advice, coaching and training.

Responsible for positions of responsibility, she has recruited, advised and supported all types of profiles (young graduates to senior managers), in Luxembourg and abroad.

She has also led large-scale projects and supported companies in their day-to-day development. Lauriane holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations specialising in Luxembourg law, and is accredited to carry out skills assessments, personality inventories and psychometric tests. Lauriane is also a certified ©Golden coach (MBTI).

A graduate of Edhec with a Master’s degree in Management, Géraldine is a passionate professional working in the fields of training, digital marketing and human resources.

She excels at creating and implementing innovative training programmes, while at the same time ensuring the strategic development of the RH Lab training organisation.

At the same time, as a management trainer, she shares her expertise and experience to help professionals develop their skills. In addition, she is currently in the process of obtaining her Master Coach diploma, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to personal and professional development.

Her versatility, combined with her passion for learning and development, make her an inspirational leader and a valuable asset to any organisation focused on growth and excellence.

Isabelle, who trained at Athénée Royal d’Athus with a Technical Certificate in Office Employment and a Young Mini-Entrepreneur Certificate, honed her skills with a Higher Secondary Education Qualification in Secretarial Work. She also followed a specific training course in Luxembourg on employment law and legislation relating to payroll.

With more than 20 years’ experience, including 13 years in temporary work and 2 years in a fiduciary capacity, Isabelle has dealt with various aspects of payroll management, from encoding to checking, all in compliance with legislation, and is a daily support for our customers.

Her passion for figures has enabled Isabelle to diversify her career path, developing a range of skills specific to Human Resources. As Payroll Manager at RH Lab, certified by Partenaires Sociaux, she uses this varied experience to respond as effectively as possible to customers’ needs, focusing on quality service.

After gaining a Master’s degree in Human Resources at the IMC Business School in Metz and a work-linked placement with a major industrial group, William naturally decided to continue along this path. He then joined a recruitment agency in Luxembourg to develop the knowledge he had acquired in training and on the job.

Thanks to his experience in different environments, he was able to develop a range of skills specific to the Human Resources professions.

Focused on customer satisfaction, William’s aim is to support and meet the needs of RH Lab’s customers as effectively as possible.

He is currently in charge of HR matters for our company.

Johanna currently holds the position of Senior HR Business Partner / HR Advisory & Training within our team. She holds a Master’s degree in HR & Labor Relations from the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas, and has over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources in Luxembourg, notably in HR Manager positions.

Entrepreneurial, smiling and communicative, she has been able to discover very different professional environments throughout her career, making her both operational and strategic.

Whether in the world of recruitment, service companies or FinTech/RegTech start-ups, she has been able to deploy her expertise in the development of structural, relational and human aspects within the company.

With over 20 years’ experience in positions of responsibility in Human Resources in France and Luxembourg, Estelle is currently Senior HR Business Partner / HR Advisory & Training with our team.

An expert in the management of transformation projects in a variety of business sectors, she provides day-to-day support to managers in the development of their human capital.

Estelle holds a Master’s degree from ICN Business School and is certified in Luxembourg labor law. She is also a professional coach certified by the Institut de Coaching International (ICI).

Her ability to anticipate organizational needs, propose innovative solutions and lead complex projects makes her an invaluable asset to our team, as well as a trusted professional who is adaptable and resolutely focused on the success of strategic objectives.

In construction …

For almost 15 years, Carole worked as a payroll manager for a social welfare organisation. Working in-house, she was able to familiarise herself with the field of payroll, which enabled her to discover a job she was passionate about.

She later joined a company specialising in payroll management as a Payroll Consultant. Carole was responsible for managing a client portfolio in French Payroll. She developed her skills in client portfolio management and extended her professional knowledge in payroll management.

She recently joined RH LAB as Payroll Officer. Her role is to assist the Payroll Manager in managing the Luxembourg payroll.

With 20 years’ experience in Human Resources within temporary employment agencies, Myriam has held a variety of positions, from agency assistant to recruitment manager, as well as payroll and site manager.

Currently Payroll Manager at RH Lab, she has returned to her first love by specializing in Luxembourg payroll management, a field in which she excels.

Having worked with a variety of sectors such as industry, construction and HORECA, her background has enabled her to develop an in-depth understanding of the specific needs of each sector and an exceptional ability to identify and attract the best talent.

Her expertise in payroll management, reinforced by four years’ experience in France, naturally finds its way into her current role.

Myriam stands out for her commitment to satisfying her customers by providing them with tailored support and solutions, making her a trusted professional.

With over 15 years’ diversified experience in administrative and commercial fields, Julie has developed solid expertise in contract management, administrative support and service coordination.

Currently Administrative and Sales Assistant at RH Lab, specializing in training department management, she stands out for her sharp sense of organization, her exemplary rigor and her ability to lead projects successfully.

Recognized for her ability to anticipate business needs and come up with innovative solutions, Julie is an essential part of the RH Lab team.

Her determination and dedication make her a trusted professional, capable of adapting to constantly changing environments and meeting the most ambitious challenges.

An experienced HR professional, Mickaël obtained his Masters in HR in Lille in 2013, and has since accumulated valuable generalist HR experience in Luxembourg and France.

Having held the positions of Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager, HR Manager and HR Director over the past 8 years, Mickaël has acquired in-depth knowledge of the technical and operational aspects of human resources while developing his management and strategic HR management skills.

Today, Mickaël is Head of Human Resources, applying his proven expertise in the overall management of human resources within his organisation.

Passionate about people’s well-being and personal development, Isabelle became a personal development coach and trainer after working for more than 15 years in senior positions in the investment funds sector in Luxembourg and 3 years in Mauritius, notably as head of training and quality in the aviation sector.

Dynamic, intuitive and creative, she uses her experience as a theatre and improvisation actress to run these training courses.

Isabelle has a degree in Management Sciences, is a school coach and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner.

Isabelle is our personal development coach and trainer, drawing on her wealth of professional and personal experience and driven by her desire to pass on her knowledge and make a positive impact on organisations and on the personal and professional development of individuals.

A former lawyer at the Nancy Bar, Anne-Lise has worked for over 15 years as a law teacher in higher education.

Convinced that justice is sometimes insufficient to resolve conflicts that are more emotional in nature, she has extended her skills to mediation.

Her doctorate in employment law makes her particularly well qualified to deal with industrial relations, as she has a perfect grasp of the codes and issues involved.

Since then, Anne-Lise has divided her time between training and mediation within and between companies, in Luxembourg and France.
