Over the last 15 years, Lauriane has worked in the steel industry, the legal sector, the printing industry, the agri-food industry and entrepreneurship, providing advice, coaching and training.
Responsible for positions of responsibility, she has recruited, advised and supported all types of profiles (young graduates to senior managers), in Luxembourg and abroad.
She has also led large-scale projects and supported companies in their day-to-day development. Lauriane holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations specialising in Luxembourg law, and is accredited to carry out skills assessments, personality inventories and psychometric tests. Lauriane is also a certified ©Golden coach (MBTI).

She excels at creating and implementing innovative training programmes, while at the same time ensuring the strategic development of the RH Lab training organisation.
At the same time, as a management trainer, she shares her expertise and experience to help professionals develop their skills. In addition, she is currently in the process of obtaining her Master Coach diploma, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to personal and professional development.

Isabelle, who trained at Athénée Royal d’Athus with a Technical Certificate in Office Employment and a Young Mini-Entrepreneur Certificate, honed her skills with a Higher Secondary Education Qualification in Secretarial Work. She also followed a specific training course in Luxembourg on employment law and legislation relating to payroll.
With more than 20 years’ experience, including 13 years in temporary work and 2 years in a fiduciary capacity, Isabelle has dealt with various aspects of payroll management, from encoding to checking, all in compliance with legislation, and is a daily support for our customers.
Her passion for figures has enabled Isabelle to diversify her career path, developing a range of skills specific to Human Resources. As Payroll Manager at RH Lab, certified by Partenaires Sociaux, she uses this varied experience to respond as effectively as possible to customers’ needs, focusing on quality service.

After gaining a Master’s degree in Human Resources at the IMC Business School in Metz and a work-linked placement with a major industrial group, William naturally decided to continue along this path. He then joined a recruitment agency in Luxembourg to develop the knowledge he had acquired in training and on the job.
Thanks to his experience in different environments, he was able to develop a range of skills specific to the Human Resources professions.
Focused on customer satisfaction, William’s aim is to support and meet the needs of RH Lab’s customers as effectively as possible.
He is currently in charge of HR matters for our company.

For almost 15 years, Carole worked as a payroll manager for a social welfare organisation. Working in-house, she was able to familiarise herself with the field of payroll, which enabled her to discover a job she was passionate about.
She later joined a company specialising in payroll management as a Payroll Consultant. Carole was responsible for managing a client portfolio in French Payroll. She developed her skills in client portfolio management and extended her professional knowledge in payroll management.
She recently joined RH LAB as Payroll Officer. Her role is to assist the Payroll Manager in managing the Luxembourg payroll.

Her doctorate in employment law makes her particularly well qualified to deal with industrial relations, as she has a perfect grasp of the codes and issues involved.
